COMPACT WORKSHOP TEST SYSTEM type SLU

The workshop test system SLU is a system for testing objects in a quick and easy way in a fixed workshop setting. Because of its design the test objects are filled rapidly through the large orifice tubing and by-pass check-valve, and objects can be serial tested by pre setting the pressure. Not only can the SLU test equipment be integrated efficiently in your operation process, it also provides a save and responsible working environment for your employees. Because the SLU can only build up pressure with a closed cover that is made of a fully impact resistant polycarbonate window.

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

MATERIALS The spacious test compartment is made of stainless steel and all wetted parts are made of non- corrosive materials. OPTIONS The compact workshop test system can be extended with a multiple pump set up for a wider pressure range, a data acquisition system (RCR-USB), a digital pressure read-out instead of a pressure gauge, a built-in tank, and an adapter package. SAFETY To provide for a safe working environment the SLU has an automatic mechanical cover lock, which locks itself when the system is under pressure, and the building up of pressure is only possible with a closed cover. Additionally, the cover of the test system is provided with a fully impact resistant poly- carbonate window. CERTIFICATES The SLU systems are manufactured according to European regulations and will be delivered including an operating and maintenance manual, and a test and calibration certificate. DIMENSIONS The dimensions of the total system are 1900x980x1365 mm (lxwxh). The spacious test compartment is 1350x900x180-500 mm (lxwxh).
