High pressure creates stress on components which creates wear on parts. Regular maintenance is crucial for the safe and reliable operation of your gas booster. This takes time and costs money. The Resato gas booster series is designed to reduce maintenance time and realize cost savings.

MORE SAFETY

Hydrogen gas is the lightest gas known today and it diffuses easily through materials. We have worked closely with our suppliers to find materials that are proven to reduce hydrogen diffusion and embrittlement. To avoid contamination of the hydrogen gas with oil in the pressure chamber, the booster is designed with an interface part. It is ATEX and CE certified.

MORE PERFORMANCE

EXPERT TIP

The large diameter hydraulic drive provides a high stroke volume. During operation, this creates an excellent flow capacity for greater volume output. Combined with its great supply pressure ranges, the gas booster is suitable for applications in different areas.

Safety is a critical component in building consumer confidence. Our stations are designed according to applicable health and safety standards. Risk assessments are undertaken to identify the ATEX-Zones on the setup and provide confidence to your operators.

Growing markets need scalability. To give you the opportunity to develop a hydrogen refueling network, we provide two different station concepts that complement each other. Our stations vary in refueling capacity and can be therefore used as refueling hubs with fast fueling or refueling points for slow fueling.
